Fantastic customer service. Very knowledgeable and patient! I was after an auxiliary battery for my camp setup and they took the time to understand my needs and what I would want to use it for and tailored the setup to my individual needs. Patiently explained everything and walked me through how it all works. I left with my questions answered and not feeling condescended at all. Was a lovely experience.
The team was friendly and kind to each other, like a nice working environment which instills confidence in their business.
