Fluid Levels
Check all the fluid levels in your car, including the engine oil, coolant, brake fluid, power steering fluid, and windshield washer fluid. Low fluid levels can lead to engine damage, overheating, or reduced braking efficiency. Top up any fluids that are low and address any leaks before your trip.

Tire Condition
Inspect your tires for proper inflation, tread wear, and overall condition. Underinflated or overinflated tires can affect your car’s handling and fuel efficiency, while worn-out or damaged tires can compromise your safety. Use a tire pressure gauge to check the pressure and adjust it to the recommended level stated in your car’s manual. Also, ensure that the tread depth is above the legal limit and there are no signs of cuts, bulges, or other damage. Consider rotating or replacing your tires if necessary.
